Jordan Pendleton was born and raised in Utah where he resides today. Jordan is the owner of Performance One, a sports performance facility in Lehi, Utah that works with and trains professional athletes. He is also the owner and the driving force behind Hyprfit LLC, a remote fitness company offering a different, holistic approach to health and fitness coaching. He believes it is important to train all areas of your being, not just the physical body.
A former athlete, Jordan used to spend every waking moment training to become a professional football player. But a career-ending knee injury abruptly changed the trajectory of Jordan’s life and profession, and he began the search for a meaningful new future. Jordan changed his college focus and studied the workings of the human body, athletic performance and injury prevention. His journey from one career to another is a success story, and it continues to evolve and expand. His commitment to sharing his message of health and fitness has guided countless clients to a richer, healthier life.
As a professional personal trainer, Jordan's passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Each body is unique, with its own strengths and limitations. His method is to build a custom plan based on his client’s shape, size, and fitness goals.
