Initial Assessment & 1-2-1 Consultation Feedback

Upon joining you will schedule your initial 1-2-1 consultation call where we will discuss the creation of your personalized plan. The call also allows us to set clear goals for 12 months, 12 weeks, weekly, and even on a daily basis.

Bespoke Custom Nutrition plan

After the feedback call, our nutrition team will put together your customized nutrition protocol and meal planner that fits around your lifestyle. This includes weekly shopping lists, detailed macro breakdowns, recipes, and schedule.

At Hyprfit, we don't believe in "Diets" or a one size fits all approach. Instead, we offer you our very popular nutrition course that will take you through every step of the journey to become a Metabolic Monster. After you experience our different phases of nutrition, you will be able to create a lifestyle that will last forever.

Daily Motivation and Mindset

Want to know why 96% of people who start a new fitness journey fail? MOTIVATION. The problem with motivation is that it comes and goes. You will need to be reminded constantly of your WHY anytime you feel like giving up or quitting. It will require discipline to keep going. We will do our part to give you that extra push anytime you lose sight of why you started this journey in the first place.

Daily Food & Progress Report

You will be tracking your food intake with our online application that your designated coach will be able to check daily to ensure you are on track. Each week you will be submitting your photos and measurements for review by the same application.

Customized Exercise Program (Home & Gym Based)

Exercise and resistance training is vital for your success in this program. YES, you need to put your body under some stress so it can adapt. The top High Performers in the world workout at least 3x per week. You will do the same. Not only will you get a customized training routine, but the workouts are synergistically designed around each nutrition phase so you can maximize your time and results in the weight room.

Your coach will be using your assessment data to build you a customized workout program suited to your body and goals. This will take into account your current ability, exercise preferences, and available workout equipment. Whether it is home or gym based, the workouts will suit you and your needs.

Weekly Accountability Call

Every Week you will be on a call with your fitness/nutrition coach. This is where we will dive deep into your weekly results, discuss any challenges, and set your specific goals to help you in the upcoming weeks. These calls are incredibly powerful as they allow your coach to get hands on and tailor the program specifically to you.

Private VIP Facebook Supergroup

This is the place you can share new breakthroughs, frustrations and anything in-between. You will learn from the posts we share as well as what other members have to contribute too. The group is also where we share all past and present call recordings for you to learn from. So don't panic if you can't make a particular accountability call, all replays will be stored in here for you.
